Return Policy
At Warehouse Coffee Co, we’re happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
    Please note, refunds will only be issued if these conditions are met and in accordance with our refund guidelines.

Refund Policy
We offer full refunds when the following criteria are satisfied:

  • Refund requests are made within 7 days of receipt.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

  • The item is faulty or damaged (warranty repairs may apply).

  • The returned item is in its original packaging.

  • The incorrect item was shipped or it does not match the product description and photos.

  • The item is out of stock or unavailable.

Warranty repairs: Customers are entitled to repairs under warranty where applicable; Warehouse Coffee Co will decide on warranty repairs.

Shipping costs for refunds are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation & Processing
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please keep this as proof of purchase. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will be notified when your order has shipped via our freight partners.

Domestic Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Heavy or bulky items over 25kg may incur additional charges.

  • For express shipping on orders with free standard shipping, please specify in the Additional Delivery Info; we will invoice you for the upgrade.

  • Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Rural areas may experience longer delays.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Australia.

P.O. Box Deliveries
Orders sent to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via Australia Post, subject to their policies.

Freight Carriers
We use Easyship linked to Aramex, Couriers Please, TNT, Allied Express, and Australia Post for deliveries.
